Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Leather is a natural material and variations in grain, texture and appearance are part of its character. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen or device being used.
These natural variations are not considered faults.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been an error in the price or product information, or we are unable to process payment.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.
Prices & Payment
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable is the price displayed when you place your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery
We offer complimentary tracked delivery on UK orders.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please allow approximately 2–4 working days for delivery following dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Cancellations
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items should be in their original condition, with the Houdsall dust bag and any original packaging included where possible. Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or has been sent incorrectly, the cost of returning it is the customer's responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at admin@houdsall.co.uk.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

The Houdsall name, logo, website content, product photography, written material and other original content on this website may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission, except where permitted by law.
