Return & Refund Policy
We hope you'll be pleased with your Houdsall purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returning an item
To return an item, please contact us at admin@Houdsall.co.uk with your order number and let us know that you would like to make a return.
Items should be returned in their original condition, with the Houdsall dust bag and any original packaging included where possible. You may examine the item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from the refund where its value has been reduced by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please take reasonable care of the item while it is in your possession.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or has been sent incorrectly, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item and process any refund due to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the item has been returned, where applicable.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds to your account after we have processed the refund.
Your right to cancel
Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
If you purchase online, you will normally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at admin@Houdsall.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@Houdsall.co.uk.
Where appropriate, we will arrange the return of the item at our cost and offer the remedy to which you are entitled under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
