UK Delivery

We offer complimentary tracked delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery following dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns

We hope you'll be pleased with your Houdsall purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition, with the dust bag and any original packaging included.

Unless an item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put things right.
